About the Role

As a Junior Product Manager at SAPI, you will play a key role in developing and shaping our product. You will work closely with our internal users to understand their needs and build solutions that matter. This is a great opportunity to develop your product management skills and to have space to test and develop new ideas.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback, data, prioritise feature requests, and contribute to roadmap delivery
  • Conduct research, understand user feedback, business needs and industry trends, to translate insights into product decisions
  • Support the development of product features by collaborating closely with the engineering, UX, product and internal stakeholders
  • Support the full life cycle of assigned product features from conception through launch and iteration
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and lead discussions with different stakeholders
  • Ability to read and interpret data to identify insights and inform decisions
  • Good research skills with curiosity and critical thinking ability
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Proactive mindset with ownership mentality and willingness to take initiative
  • Fluent English communication, both written and verbal
  • Background in fields such as finance, business analysis, engineering, or data analysis
