The Network Engineering team supports that foundation through global management of telecom circuits, vendor relationships, and connectivity infrastructure across our offices and trading locations worldwide, sustaining robust operations, strong vendor governance, and dependable network support in every region.
What You'll Do
- Manage end-to-end telecom project delivery, spanning circuit procurement, service provisioning, and vendor coordination across multiple geographies
- Partner with internal network and datacenter engineers to translate technical connectivity requirements into vendor-facing scopes of work, timelines, and deliverables
- Own vendor engagement and relationship management with telecom carriers and service providers, driving negotiations, SLA adherence, and issue escalation
- Track projects from initiation through delivery, surfacing delays, dependencies, and vendor-side bottlenecks early and driving them to resolution
- Coordinate across network engineering, procurement, finance, and legal to keep approvals and contract execution on schedule
- Support budget oversight and cost tracking across telecom vendor contracts, circuits, and related infrastructure spend
- Maintain accurate documentation of vendor contracts, circuit inventories, and project status to support internal reporting and audit readiness
- Produce regular status reports and dashboards for leadership covering project pipeline, vendor performance, and telecom spend visibility
What You Bring
- 3–4 years of experience in project management, procurement, or vendor management, ideally within a telecommunications, network infrastructure, or global IT environment
- Hands-on experience managing telecom projects, such as circuit provisioning, carrier and vendor coordination, or network rollouts, is strongly preferred
- Experience working with global or multi-regional vendors and stakeholders, with comfort navigating cross-border processes and time zone coordination
- Strong vendor communication and relationship management skills, with the confidence to engage external carriers and internal technical teams alike
- Ability to work closely with network and datacenter engineers, translating technical requirements into actionable vendor deliverables
- Familiarity with telecom infrastructure concepts, including circuits, connectivity types, service providers, and SLAs, is a strong plus
- Strong Excel and Office 365 skills, with the ability to manage data, produce reporting, and support operational decision-making
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Telecommunications, Information Technology, or a related field
