Your role

In this role, you will help bridge business needs and technology solutions by contributing to requirement analysis and supporting ongoing project initiatives. You will work alongside experienced team members, gaining hands-on exposure to business analysis practices while collaborating on a variety of tasks across the project lifecycle. As part of an international environment, you will take an active role in team discussions, Agile ceremonies, and knowledge-sharing activities, continuously expanding your expertise and learning about modern technologies and ways of working.

Your tasks

  • Supporting other Business Analysts in the team.
  • Gathering, analysis and specification of requirements (business, functional, non-functional)
  • Collaborating with team on project related tasks, depending on the project needs.
  • Taking part in knowledge-sharing sessions, and Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
  • Working closely with an international team and communicating in English on a daily basis.
  • Continuously developing Business Analyst skills and staying up to date with modern technologies and development trends.

Your profile

  • Bachelor's degree in a finance-related and analytical field
  • Fluency in English language (B2)
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical documentation and prepare clear and understandable business documentation (user stories)
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum ways of working.
  • Knowledge of BPMN, UML notations, experience with tools to create mockups

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of German language.
  • Familiarity with some frontend programming (Angular, React) and basic understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS).
  • Any portfolio, GitHub repository, university project, or personal application that shows your interest in software development.
