You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Analyze, review, forecast and trend complex data
  • Present analysis and recommendations for operational and business review/planning
  • Support short- and long-term operational/strategic business activities through analysis
  • Develop, recommend, and implement business solutions through research and analysis of data and business processes
  • Comfortable working in a self-directed role where work is not perfectly prescribed, works with less structured, more complex issues
  • Serves as a resource to others

Required Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience in business/finance analysis
  • Experience with Data Visualization tools such as Tableau/Power BI
  • Experience using relational databases, for example SQL or Microsoft Access
  • Understands requirements from the client/business and turn those requirements into an appropriate analysis, report, dashboard, and/or scorecard
  • Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Vlookups and pivot tables
  • Intermediate level of proficiency in PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications:

  • BA/BS in MIS, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
  • 3+ years of healthcare experience
  • Experience with clinical quality measures including Stars, HEDIS, and/or CAHPS
  • Familiar with ICD-10 codes and hierarchical condition categories, Medicare Advantage coding practices and risk adjustment
  • Understanding of Skilled Nursing Home care, advanced illness, and hospice
  • Intermediate level of programming knowledge (reporting code), database structures and design, systems design, data management, and data warehouse

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you’ll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $91,700 - $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
