Job Description

Join our global Cybersecurity Central Coordination team and help turn Information Security governance into effective action across Continental regions, locations and business functions. As Cybersecurity Central Coordinator, you will translate policies, standards and regulatory requirements into coordinated activities and measurable outcomes.

You will connect central, regional and local cybersecurity stakeholders, strengthen security awareness and compliance, and create transparency on risks, incidents and improvement measures.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate cybersecurity activities across assigned regions, locations and business functions.
  • Support the implementation of Information Security policies, standards and service-management processes.
  • Monitor Cybersecurity services and agreed service levels and follow up on delivery issues.
  • Maintain dashboards and reports covering compliance, risks, incidents and improvement actions.
  • Coordinate remediation of audit findings and support risk assessments and security controls.
  • Contribute to Information Security roadmaps, standards, solution concepts and operating-model improvements.
  • Support Cybersecurity projects by tracking milestones, dependencies, risks and actions.
  • Facilitate stakeholder collaboration, knowledge sharing, awareness, training and phishing-resilience activities.
  • Support provider, portfolio and sourcing activities and assess relevant market and technology trends.

Qualifications

  • University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a comparable qualification.
  • Several years of experience in Cybersecurity or Information Security.
  • Strong knowledge of Cybersecurity governance, processes, service management and risk management.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional and international stakeholders.
  • Experience in project or process coordination and collaboration with service providers.
  • Ability to translate legal, regulatory and business requirements into practical actions.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Business-fluent English and excellent communication skills.

• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC or ISO 27001 are an advantage.
