EDE: ELN Signals Product Analyst

Location: Rahway, NJ Experience: 3+ years Role: Product Analyst – Electronic Laboratory Notebook (ELN) / Signals

We are looking for an ELN Signals Product Analyst with experience supporting regulated scientific/laboratory applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Electronic Laboratory Notebook (ELN) platforms, preferably Revvity Signals, along with a strong understanding of GxP regulations and validated IT systems.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

  •  Strong understanding of GxP regulations and their application to IT/laboratory systems. 
  •  Hands-on experience with Electronic Laboratory Notebooks (ELN), preferably Revvity Signals. 
  •  Support product requirements, enhancements, testing, validation, and implementation activities for ELN/Signals applications. 
  •  Experience with SDLC methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall. 
  •  Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and testing tools. 
  •  Work closely with scientific users, business stakeholders, IT teams, and downstream analytics/reporting teams. 
  •  Strong communication, stakeholder-management, analytical, and problem-solving skills. 

• 3+ years of relevant experience required. 

Nice to Have: Experience implementing end-to-end scientific workflows within e-notebooks or other laboratory systems; knowledge of data governance and FAIR data principles; and experience partnering with dashboard, analytics, or reporting teams to support scientific and operational data consumption
