About the Role

As a Digital Product Analyst, you’ll help shape how our members experience the Credit Union through digital channels. Reporting to the VP, Digital Experience, you’ll combine product support, technical analysis, data, and member insights to identify opportunities that make digital banking easier, more intuitive, and more effective. You’ll work across teams and with technology partners to support product enhancements, integrations, testing, and new ideas while helping turn data and member feedback into meaningful improvements.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as a subject matter resource for digital banking platforms, providing advanced support, root-cause analysis, and resolution of escalated member and internal issues.
  • Analyze digital product performance, member behavior, system functionality, and technical issues to identify trends, opportunities, and solutions that improve the digital experience.
  • Support digital product strategy and roadmaps by evaluating enhancements and recommending priorities based on member needs, business value, data, technical considerations, and risk.
  • Partner with Technology, Marketing, Lending, Operations, Member Solutions, development resources, and third-party vendors to support integrations, enhancements, system changes, and continuous improvement.
  • Support product releases and implementations, including requirements gathering, documentation, user acceptance testing, validation, issue resolution, training, communications, and post-launch monitoring.
  • Analyze and visualize digital product and member data, including adoption, engagement, conversion, satisfaction, and other KPIs, translating findings into actionable insights.
  • Evaluate member journeys and use feedback, usability testing, data, and industry trends to identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve usability, and increase digital adoption.
  • Develop and maintain product documentation, workflows, journey maps, test plans, procedures, and knowledge resources to support effective product management and operational continuity.
  • Exercise independent judgment when evaluating product issues, weighing alternatives, recommending solutions, prioritizing opportunities, and determining when escalation is needed.
  • Research emerging digital banking technologies, competitive offerings, and industry trends and recommend opportunities that support innovation and organizational goals.
  • Identify opportunities to improve integrations, automate processes, reduce operational friction, and enhance the overall digital member experience.
  • Support digital strategy initiatives, vendor management, special projects, and other department priorities.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field required; equivalent education and relevant experience may be considered.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital product analysis, digital banking, business analysis, technical product management, data analysis, or a related field; financial services or fintech experience preferred.
  • Understanding of digital platforms, APIs, system integrations, data flows, third-party technologies, and technical dependencies.
  • Experience analyzing data, developing reports or visualizations, interpreting performance metrics, and using insights to support business decisions.
  • Experience supporting digital banking platforms, customer-facing technology, product enhancements, system implementations, user acceptance testing, or vendor integrations preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with the ability to exercise independent judgment and make sound recommendations.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business language and collaborate with technical and non-technical partners.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business reporting tools; experience with SQL, UX journey mapping, usability testing, technical documentation, or digital analytics tools preferred.

If you're hired, your final base pay will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, and experience.
