- Application server management: Maintain JBoss Application Servers to ensure the frictionless lifecycle of financial transfers.
- Vendor management: Track vendor activities, manage deliverables, and ensure compliance with technical requirements.
- DevOps & automation: Collaborate with the DevOps team to automate repetitive tasks and enhance observability tools, utilizing containers and scripting.
- Troubleshooting: Identify root causes of failures in communication with Banco de México (Banxico) and connectivity providers.
- Technical Liaison: Work closely with Product and Finance teams to implement regulatory changes or service improvements.
- On-call Rotation: Participate in availability shifts to ensure the continuity of a 24/7 critical service.

- Solid knowledge of Linux and scripting (Bash, Python, or Go).
- Cloud expertise (AWS/Azure) focused on platform services.
- Hands-on experience with containers (Docker / Kubernetes).
- Observability: Proficiency with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Datadog, New Relic, Grafana) for transaction tracing.
- Databases: Ability to perform complex SQL queries for auditing and resolving transactional discrepancies.
- Project Management: Ability to track vendor progress, manage project milestones, and ensure technical deliverables are met on time.
- Soft Skills: Ability to communicate effectively and an analytical mindset for solving complex technical problems.
