Role Purpose / Mission
The Project Manager provides leadership for business transformation initiatives and cross-functional projects that advance Webco’s strategic objectives. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget, while building alignment across business units. By fostering collaboration and effective change management, the Project Manager drives measurable improvements that strengthen Webco’s long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead projects from initiation through completion, including planning, requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and post-deployment support.
- Partner with Webco leadership to assign resources, manage workloads, and clarify responsibilities across teams.
- Define project scopes, build schedules, set budgets, and establish success metrics.
- Anticipate and mitigate risks, adjusting schedules and resources as needed.
- Manage change requests in coordination with functional stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships across departments to promote project success.
- Ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and properly stored.
- Communicate risks, issues, and opportunities to leadership with clarity and timeliness.
- Safeguard confidential information with discretion.
- Serve as the primary customer-facing contact for Webco, providing updates on schedules, quality, and manufacturing progress, while managing conflict resolution as needed.
- Act as the customer’s third-party inspection liaison and coordinate communication with cross-functional support teams on a per-project basis.

Required Qualifications
Required:
- Education: Bachelor’s in Business, Engineering, or Management Information Systems
- Experience: 4+ years in project management or related discipline; manufacturing preferred
- Knowledge: Project planning, resource management, change management
- Systems: MS Office, MS Project, SAP
Preferred:
- PMP certification (or active pursuit)

- Minimum 8-hour workdays with occasional extended hours
- Prolonged sitting, computer screen use, and keyboarding
- Occasional walking up to 2 miles in a manufacturing environment
- Corrected vision and hearing to normal range
- Ability to handle stress in a fast-paced setting
Typical Working Conditions
- Primarily office-based, temperature-controlled environment
- Some travel may be required
- Occasional exposure to manufacturing floor noise and movement of heavy materials
- Required PPE (hearing protection, safety glasses with side shields) when on plant floor
