Job DetailsLevel: ExperiencedJob Location: CONROE, TX 77301Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $100,000.00 - $135,000.00 Salary/yearJob Shift: DayAbout the Company Canamera Coring operates as a full-service, strategic partner for whole core acquisition, delivering technically sound solutions that align with our clients’ operation, safety, and cost objectives. Role Summary This is a full-stack client role that bridges new-logo sales, day-to-day operations, and post-sale customer success. You will prospect and win new business, assist coordinating tool deployments with field teams, and close the loop with data-backed performance reviews that drive retention and upsell. It is ideal for a hands-on relationship builder who is equally comfortable at the rig, in a client boardroom, and in a spreadsheet. Core Responsibilities 1) Growth & New Client Acquisition Prospect, qualify, and close new operator and service-company accounts. Run technical presentations/Lunch & Learns; tailor proposals and pricing to coring challenges. Develop strategic understanding of client organizational structures to identify key decision-makers. 2) Engineering Provide technical engineering insight and operational support in the production of products. Prepare and present engineering analysis to both internal and external operations in a way that executable decisions can be derived from data. 3) Operations & Field Coordination Support Coordinate with U.S. Operations for tool orders, staging, shipments, pickups, and returns with internal yards and logistics partners. Collaborate with engineering and field teams on BHA recommendations and execution details, while aligning with rig schedules and client operations. 4) Performance Reviews & Customer Success Review coring performance (e.g., ROP, WOB, torque, etc.) and compile concise post-run summaries with sensor insights. Share results with clients and coring teams; capture feedback, flag risks, and identify upsell opportunities (sensors, redress, add-on tools). Drive renewals, expansions, and multi-well program adoption through measurable outcomes. 5) Marketing & Enablement Support product launches, campaigns, and LinkedIn content; contribute case studies and offset comparisons. Keep collateral, spec sheets, and pricing aligned with field learnings and client needs. QualificationsQualifications 3+ years in oilfield drilling, sales, operations, or service coordination. Engineering or technical diploma/degree is an asset, field experience highly valued. Strong communicator and relationship builder; comfortable presenting technical concepts. Organized, meticulous & excellent with MS Office Suite and other business operations systems.
