Who are we looking for?

We're looking for an experienced Senior IS Project Manager to lead major business and technology projects within GHD's Delivery System Program. You will work closely with leaders, project teams, and stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes and drive business improvement.

In this role you will:

  • Lead multiple projects from planning through to delivery.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, and priorities.
  • Build strong relationships with business leaders and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate project teams, vendors, and delivery partners.
  • Drive project governance, reporting, and continuous improvement.

To be successful you will have:

  • Strong experience delivering large business or technology projects.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and vendors.
  • Strong problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making skills.

Additional Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of project or program management experience.
  • Experience delivering transformation or technology implementation projects.
  • Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or similar) is highly regarded.
  • Experience with Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, Jira, or related tools is highly advantageous.
