About AirOps
AirOps is the full-service platform for brand growth in the age of AI search. As consumers shift from traditional search engines to platforms like ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini, the entire ruleset of growth is being rewritten. Buyers now rely on agents to discover, recommend, and purchase products and services for them. If your brand isn't part of the answer, you aren't in the running.
Our platform offers everything a brand needs to get found, recommended, and earn trust. We work with category leaders, including teams at Ramp, Chime, Airbnb, ServiceNow, and Rippling, to drive visibility and accelerate growth from AI search.
Backed by Greylock, Unusual Ventures, Wing VC, and Founder Collective, we're headquartered in San Francisco, New York, and Montevideo.
About the role AirOps is building a new product line around AI Ads. As Lead Product Manager, AI Ads, you will own the product strategy and execution from early discovery through launch and growth. You will partner closely with the Head of AI Ads, who will bring domain expertise and channel experience. You will turn those inputs and direct customer insights into a focused roadmap and a product that can scale.
What you'll own
- Set the product strategy and roadmap for AirOps’ AI Ads product.
- Work directly with customers to understand their problems and how they make decisions.
- Take ideas from discovery through launch, using prototypes and early releases to learn quickly.
- Define how success will be measured and use customer behavior, product data, and commercial results to guide decisions.
- Lead cross-functional execution and make clear calls on scope, sequencing, and tradeoffs.
What you'll bring
- 6+ years of product management experience, including ownership of a zero-to-one product or major new product area.
- Direct experience in growth, digital advertising, ad tech, marketing technology, measurement, or a related field.
- A record of turning unclear customer problems into products that people use and pay for.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort making decisions from incomplete data.
- Experience working directly with senior customers and translating what you learn into product priorities.
- The ability to work closely with engineers and designers from early discovery through launch.
- A hands-on approach to prototyping and modern AI tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or similar products.
- Clear written and verbal communication, strong judgment, and low ego.
Nice to haves
