Key Responsibilities:

• Taking ownership of project deployments working closely with the project management team and the clients
• Interacts with clients on site and remote to meet complex requirements of a solution.
• Responds to escalated client requests.
• Escalates complex problems to the relevant OEM support and taking ownership of the cases to closure.
• Writes reports and proposals and completes and maintains project documentation.
• Engagement with clients on issues related to optimization of existing security infrastructure as well as on new solution areas
• Performs any other related task as required.

Knowledge and Attributes:

• Understanding and appreciation of Cybersecurity technical design
• Project skills which are demonstrated in the execution of installations and other assignments.
• Excellent customer engagement skills
• Demonstrate relevant domain specialist knowledge.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Client focused and displays a proactive approach to solving problems.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to coach, mentor and provide guidance to team members.
• Knowledge on security concepts and application of those concepts.
• Knowledge in security architecture.
• Knowledge of security technologies and understanding of managed services concepts
• Knowledge of security monitoring and management tools for performance optimization and troubleshooting

Academic Qualifications and Certifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computing or a related field
• Cisco/ Check Point / Palo Alto Networks / Fortinet and F5 certifications will be an added advantage
• Other Security certifications like AZ-500, SC-200, Security+, CEH, CISSP, CISM or similar certification in networking technologies will be an added advantage

Required experience:

• Two years minimum experience:
• Experience in Network Security projects implementation.
• Experience in Next Generation Firewalls implementation and support.
• Experience in NAC implementation and support.
• Experience in WAF implementation and support.
• Experience in Security technologies Web Security, Email Security, NAC, SSE, VPN solutions, End Point Security etc.
• Experience in technical support to clients.
• Experience in handling incidents end to end.
