Ciklum is looking for a Support Engineer to join our team full-time in Poland.

About the role:

As a Support Engineer, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow.

This is a project for a global company operating in the product data and digital commerce space, supporting customers with product information management and data synchronization across retail ecosystems.

The role is focused on the Data Capturing scope covering customer orders, data maintenance, customer communication, ticketing and related administrative and commercial processes within the client’s data platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Handling orders for a defined customer portfolio within the GDSN data pool/retailer portal of atrify
  • Documentation and archiving of customer orders in the ticketing system
  • Managing individual customer communication
  • Ensuring correct billing of services provided according to defined pricing
  • Maintaining customer master data in the CRM system
  • Contributing to defined projects and continuously building knowledge regarding GDSN data maintenance requirements
  • Taking on general administrative and commercial tasks

Requirements:

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship, degree, or career changer with commercial background
  • Ability to quickly and independently familiarize yourself with complex topics
  • Understanding of and interest in technical processes
  • Ideally, prior experience in customer service or customer-oriented work
  • Fluent written and spoken knowledge of German and good knowledge of English
