Tasks and Responsibilities• Provide and maintain a stable local IT infrastructure with support from the Competence Center.

  • Deliver high-quality, friendly, and professional on-site support.
  • Ensure smooth daily IT operations at the assigned locations.
  • Support users with local workplace hardware and site-related IT activities.
  • Work on assigned ITSM tasks and incidents.
  • Install, configure, replace, and maintain endpoint hardware and standard client devices.
  • Deliver, relocate, and set up IT workplaces and endpoint devices.
  • Provide on-site support for hardware-related workplace issues, such as notebooks, desktops, docking stations, monitors, printers, peripherals, and meeting room equipment.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting for local IT issues and coordinate escalation to the Service Desk or responsible specialist teams when required.
  • Support local rollouts, device exchanges, and hardware refresh activities.
  • Visit all assigned sites regularly.
  • Maintain local IT documentation and coordinate local operational topics with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Good knowledge of IT hardware and standard client devices.
  • Basic knowledge of standard software used in the workplace environment.
  • Interest in information technology and technical problem-solving.
  • Service-oriented and structured way of working.
  • Good communication skills and a professional attitude.
  • Willingness to travel between assigned sites.
  • Fluent German and English (written and spoken) communication skills
  • Candidates have to declare Criminal record extract not older than 3 months
