Title:

Project Engineering Manager

Role Summary Lead and manage multidisciplinary engineering and design activities for Saudi Aramco GES+ projects, ensuring compliance with Aramco standards, project schedules, budgets, and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead engineering teams across all disciplines (Process, Mechanical, Piping, Civil, E&I, Telecom).
  • Manage FEED verification, Detailed Design, and IFC deliverables.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco standards, specifications, and procedures.
  • Coordinate engineering interfaces with Client, PMT, licensors, vendors, procurement, and construction teams.
  • Monitor engineering progress, man-hours, resource utilization, and deliverable schedules.
  • Lead design reviews, constructability reviews, HAZOP, and technical workshops.
  • Manage Technical Queries (TQs), design changes, and engineering risks.
  • Provide engineering support during procurement, construction, and commissioning.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (process or Mechanical)
  • Minimum 15 years of engineering experience, including 8+ years in Engineering Management.
  • Proven experience on Saudi Aramco GES+ projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi Aramco standards and design management processes.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
