This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Program and Project Manager Roles based in the United States.
This opportunity is designed for experienced project and program professionals who can lead complex initiatives from planning through successful delivery. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, align stakeholders, manage resources, and keep projects focused on measurable business outcomes. The role requires strong organizational judgment, proactive risk management, and the ability to navigate competing priorities. You will work across a range of industries and project environments, contributing to initiatives with meaningful organizational impact. Agile and Scrum practices are central to the delivery approach, with an emphasis on collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement. The position offers a fully remote working environment and the flexibility to support projects from anywhere in the United States. Depending on the assignment, opportunities may involve technical programs, data initiatives, system migrations, or other complex transformation efforts.

Accountabilities
• Lead project and program delivery: Manage initiatives from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and completion while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and stakeholder expectations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams: Guide teams across multiple functions, establish clear responsibilities, remove obstacles, and maintain momentum toward delivery goals.
• Manage schedules and priorities: Develop project plans, track milestones and dependencies, balance competing priorities, and ensure deliverables remain on schedule.
• Manage budgets and resources: Oversee project budgets, resource allocation, and financial considerations to support efficient and responsible delivery.
• Engage stakeholders: Build strong relationships with business leaders, project sponsors, technical teams, vendors, and other stakeholders while maintaining clear and consistent communication.
• Manage risks and issues: Identify potential risks and dependencies early, develop mitigation strategies, resolve issues, and escalate concerns appropriately.
• Apply Agile practices: Facilitate Agile and Scrum practices such as planning, prioritization, progress tracking, retrospectives, and continuous improvement.
• Maintain project visibility: Provide accurate status reporting, communicate progress against objectives, and ensure stakeholders have timely insight into risks, decisions, and outcomes.
• Use project management tools: Leverage platforms such as Jira, Trello, or comparable tools to organize work, track delivery, and maintain project transparency.
• Drive continuous improvement: Identify opportunities to improve project processes, team collaboration, delivery efficiency, and overall program performance.
• Support complex initiatives: Depending on the engagement, contribute to technology projects, data management initiatives, system migrations, or other enterprise transformation programs.
Requirements
• Professional experience: 5+ years of experience in project management, program management, or a closely related discipline.
• Team leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams toward shared objectives and successful delivery.
• Agile expertise: Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices, with practical experience applying them in project environments.
• Stakeholder management: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders at different organizational levels.
• Project organization: Strong ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables simultaneously.
• Risk management: Proven ability to identify, assess, mitigate, and communicate project risks and issues.
• Budget management: Experience overseeing project budgets, resources, and delivery constraints.
• Technology proficiency: Familiarity with project management platforms such as Jira, Trello, or comparable tools.
• Problem-solving: Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and develop practical solutions.
• Preferred certification: PMP or an equivalent project management certification is an advantage.
• Technical project experience: Experience managing IT or other technology-focused projects is preferred.
• Data and migration experience: Familiarity with data management initiatives and system migration projects is a plus.
• Industry experience: Background in financial services, healthcare, or other complex and regulated industries is advantageous.
• Security eligibility: U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain a Department of Defense security clearance may be required for certain assignments.
