Role: Senior Business Analyst – Automotive

Location: Hybrid from Warszawa

You will be responsible for:

  • Handling large volumes of data and files when required
  • Understanding business processes within the project scope
  • Preparing and running standard and ad hoc reports in cooperation with the client
  • Managing business-related email communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Performing administrative and office-related tasks connected with in-scope activities
  • Creating and updating procedures and instructions for supported processes
  • Supporting back-office sales processes, including issuing invoices and other documents
  • Communicating with dealers regarding B2B sales and direct sales
  • Coordinating with logistics teams and customers regarding deliveries of vehicles subject to direct sales
  • Coordinating B2B back-office support activities

Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of MS Office tools, including MS Excel and MS Word
  • Intermediate or advanced MS Excel skills
  • Automotive industry knowledge or experience: 2–4 years
  • Knowledge of automotive terminology, including B2B and fleet systems and processes
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good written and spoken Polish and English
