Job Requirements About the Role
The Senior Product Manager – Credit Cards is responsible for creating and owning new product propositions within the credit card segment. This role involves managing the product lifecycle from launch, acquisition, policy, analytics, to execution. The incumbent will focus on the millennial segment, ensuring seamless customer onboarding, lifecycle management, and profitability. The role requires close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to deliver a superior customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage the sales funnel through interventions in credit policy, underwriting processes, and frictionless onboarding for the millennial segment.
- Own product privileges, campaign metrics, and ensure smooth functioning of the customer lifecycle including customer service.
- Plan and analyze product performance and manage P&L for the millennial segment.
- Identify target segment needs and manage product offerings through competition benchmarking and customer value proposition enhancements.
- Design go-to-market strategies and enable appropriate communication.
- Manage credit policy and underwriting processes for optimal customer selection and pre-approved/pre-qualified base optimization.
- Facilitate seamless client onboarding with minimal friction and support business scale-up.
- Collaborate with analytics to create customer personas for customized acquisition messaging.
- Manage base operations including reward redemption, statements, and customer service processes.
- Own P&L for respective partnerships and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
- Align with customer service to ensure a strong customer experience.
- Evaluate and drive promotional plans aligned with product and segment objectives.
Secondary Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain internal ecosystems to support business execution.
- Drive adoption of models for contact timing, skip tracing, and legal recourse efficacy.
- Support development of settlement strategies and waiver acceptance models.

Experience
- 4 years of experience in credit card product management or related fields.
