What You'll Do

Own end-to-end product delivery, ensuring projects are delivered on time while proactively identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
Leverage AI tools to improve execution by supporting planning, documentation, risk analysis, and team productivity.
Work closely with engineering and product teams to deliver high-quality software products in a fast-paced environment.
Facilitate planning, execution, and iterative development while helping teams stay focused and aligned on priorities.
Communicate project status, priorities, risks, and dependencies clearly across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement by optimizing workflows, development practices, and AI-supported ways of working.
Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams and promote a culture of ownership, efficiency, and continuous learning.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
5+ years of experience in project delivery, engineering, product management, or a similar role within software development.
Solid understanding of software development processes, including web, mobile, APIs, or distributed systems.
Hands-on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar solutions to improve productivity and execution.
Strong systems-thinking mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in fast-changing environments, take ownership, and drive execution with minimal supervision.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
