We are looking for a Finance Analyst to join our Finance Team in Colombia — a role focused on ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of transaction and cash flow reconciliations across our financial operations.
You will work closely with Accounting, Product teams, and external financial partners, combining finance and data analysis to build reliable and scalable reconciliation processes as our business continues to grow.
Challenges that await you:
- Perform daily and intraday reconciliations of transactions and cash flows, ensuring data accuracy and timely identification of discrepancies
- Investigate reconciliation breaks, identify root causes, and resolve discrepancies, including manual adjustments in non-standard cases
- Prepare accurate reconciliation data for accounting purposes and collaborate closely with the Accounting team
- Help build, improve, and automate reconciliation processes to reduce manual work and increase operational efficiency
- Work with data from multiple sources and systems to ensure consistency and completeness of financial information
- Collaborate with Product teams to understand product-specific transaction flows and how they impact financial operations
- Support month-end closing activities related to reconciliations and financial data
- Ensure reconciliation processes are completed accurately and within required timelines

- Experience working with data from multiple sources and understanding of basic ETL principles
- Basic understanding of accounting principles, journal entries, and how reconciliation results are reflected in accounting records
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies and discrepancies in data
- Ability to take ownership, make timely decisions, and work effectively with daily operational processes
- B2 or higher English level for effective communication with an international team
