Job SummaryAs a Senior Project Manager on the Irth EDO team, you will be responsible for planning and overseeing multiple customer projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and according to agreed-upon scope and customer expectations.
You will plan and allocate project resources, monitor progress, manage risks and issues, and keep stakeholders informed throughout the project lifecycle. Your primary goal will be to successfully manage projects from initiation through delivery and closure while achieving customer outcomes and maintaining strong customer relationships.
The ideal candidate has broad experience managing complex projects and navigating difficult or sensitive situations with professionalism, sound judgment, and a customer-focused approach. Qualified candidates are self-starters who are highly motivated to deliver exceptional customer service and consistently drive projects toward successful outcomes.
What You'll Do• Lead and manage complex programs and projects to ensure successful customer deployment, implementation, and adoption of Irth’s platform.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, and expected outcomes.
- Communicate project status, risks, issues, changes, and progress clearly and consistently to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Serve as a key liaison between Irth customers and internal teams to ensure effective communication, alignment, and successful project execution.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.
- Communicate professionally, clearly, and succinctly while following established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure internal processes, project documentation, and client-facing materials remain current, accurate, and aligned with corporate goals.
- Forecast the resources required to achieve project objectives and manage resources effectively and efficiently.
- Identify and coordinate additional internal resources as needed to respond quickly to client needs and issues during implementation.
- Manage changes to project scope, schedules, costs, and deliverables using appropriate change-control and verification processes.
- Monitor project performance and proactively identify potential risks, issues, delays, or resource constraints.
- Develop mitigation and contingency plans and escalate issues appropriately when necessary.
- Provide regular project updates to customers, project teams, leadership, and other stakeholders regarding strategy, adjustments, progress, and expected outcomes.
- Facilitate project meetings, working sessions, status reviews, and stakeholder communications as needed.
- Ensure project deliverables meet established quality standards and customer requirements.
- Manage the overall customer relationship and satisfaction throughout all phases of the project lifecycle, from initiation through implementation and closure.
- Conduct project closeout activities, capture lessons learned, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Perform other duties as assigned by an appropriate administrator or their representative.
Skills & ExperienceRequired• 12+ years of experience managing customer-facing implementation projects within a Professional Services organization at a software company, preferably a SaaS provider.
- Proven track record managing external customer relationships and collaborating effectively with key internal teams, including Sales, Engineering, Product Management, and Customer Success.
- Excellent customer engagement, presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and resources simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing processes, priorities, and customer needs in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience managing escalations and sensitive customer situations at all organizational levels.
- Strong understanding of project financials, including revenue, costs, budgets, profitability, and project margins.
- Strong familiarity with project management tools, methodologies, and industry best practices.
- Experience developing, maintaining, and consistently applying repeatable project management methodologies and processes.
- Demonstrated ability to manage project risks, issues, scope changes, timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Preferred• Experience working within the Oil & Gas industry.
- Experience working with contract locators or related field-service organizations.
- Experience managing stakeholders across the Energy sector.
- Experience implementing enterprise SaaS or data-driven technology platforms.
EducationBachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

This range reflects base salary only and does not include other compensation components. Offers are determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
