About the role:
The Signing and Authentication Services team in the Digital Channels Tribe is responsible for the authentication and digital signing solutions used across SEB Baltics. We enable secure digital banking experiences for customers and employees by continuously improving critical services such as authentication, electronic identification and digital signing. Our solutions are at the heart of nearly every digital customer journey, making security, usability and reliability equally important.

As a Business Analyst you will:
• Collaborate with developers, architects, domain experts and business stakeholders across the Baltics to evolve authentication and digital signing solutions.
• Participate in business function discussions, design workshops, and agile ceremonies.
• Break down requirements into meaningful epics, user stories, and development tasks, ensuring acceptance criteria are precise and unambiguous.
• Drive and facilitate requirement clarification workshops, backlog grooming sessions, and story reviews together with development teams.
• Create, maintain, and own functional documentation, process diagrams, and other relevant supporting materials.
• Partner with business stakeholders, architects, security specialists and development teams to align business goals with technical solutions.

Experience with authentication, electronic identification and digital signing solutions is considered an advantage.

The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. Overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
