Background:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage international water supply and sanitation projects funded by International Financial Institutions (IFIs). The successful candidate will oversee planning, design, construction, and implementation activities while ensuring technical excellence, stakeholder coordination, and successful project delivery.

Education & Qualifications:
· Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Hydraulic Engineering, or a related discipline.
· FIDIC Certified Professional (mandatory).
· Strong knowledge of international engineering standards and IFI-funded project requirements.
Languages:
· Advanced proficiency in Russian.
· Fluent written and spoken English.
Professional Experience:
· Minimum 10 years of professional experience in the planning, design, construction, operation, and maintenance of water supply systems within large-scale infrastructure projects.
· Minimum 7 years of experience serving as a Project Manager or Team Leader on international projects.
Specific Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience during the last 10 years in the planning and management of:
· Feasibility studies and engineering studies;
· Detailed design works;
· Construction supervision and project implementation;
