About the Role
We are looking for a Strategic Project Manager to work closely with our Executive Team, driving strategic
initiatives, managing key partnerships, and ensuring the successful execution of cross-functional
projects. This role combines project management, business development, stakeholder management, and
market research to support Tamatem’s growth and strategic priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate strategic projects from planning through execution.
- Manage relationships with government entities, ecosystem partners, universities, and strategic
organizations.
- Identify, manage, and support grant and funding opportunities.
- Research and evaluate new business, partnership, and market expansion opportunities.
- Support expansion initiatives across key markets including Iraq, Turkey, Egypt, and the GCC.
- Coordinate with internal teams to track progress, resolve blockers, and ensure timely execution.
- Prepare executive reports, presentations, business cases, and strategic recommendations.
What We're Looking For
- 4–7 years of experience in Project Management, PMO, Strategy, Consulting, Operations, or
Business Development.
- Strong project management, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience conducting market research and business analysis.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and project management tools.
- Experience working with government entities, grants, strategic partnerships, startups, gaming, or
technology companies is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Management, or a related field.
