How you'll make an impact

Responsibilities:

Specializes in the management of a cross functional team which works on significant projects through scheduling, prioritizing, expectation setting, and cost management. Establishes and implements project management processes and methodologies for the IT community to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to highquality standards and meet customer expectations. Manages technical and nontechnical aspects of the project. Assembles project teams and manages resource allocation and daytoday operations of the project. Manages communications and change management strategies for relevant stakeholders for each project. Provides logsitical projet support, risk management, and progress reporting. Manages a small to mid-sized team consisting of lower level Managers (M2) and seasoned Professionals who exercise latitude and independence in assignments.

Responsibilities typically include:

• Implementing function (ex. Data Analytics, IT Architecture, etc) and Division policies and strategies for short-term results (1 year or less).
• Handling problems that are difficult and moderately complex.
• Influencing others outside of own function regarding function policies, practices and procedures.
• Interfacing with other leadership and stakeholders within function and throughout the business.

About you

Qualifications:

• University Degree and minimum 7 years prior relevant experience, or equivalent experience.
