Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst / Developer Lead with strong expertise in RPA business analysis, process automation, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering business requirements, analyzing processes, designing automation solutions, and leading the delivery of RPA projects from requirements through testing and business sign-off.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business and automation requirements.
  • Conduct detailed process analysis to identify automation opportunities and improvements.
  • Prepare Process Definition Documents (PDDs) and other required project documentation.
  • Design effective RPA solutions based on business requirements and process analysis.
  • Lead and guide RPA development teams throughout project delivery.
  • Coordinate with technical and business stakeholders to ensure successful implementation.
  • Coordinate testing, UAT, and issue resolution activities.
  • Support business users during UAT and facilitate final business sign-off.
  • Review automation solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and quality standards.
  • Manage project deliverables, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Provide guidance to developers and ensure adherence to RPA best practices.
  • Support continuous improvement and optimization of automated processes.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in RPA business analysis, RPA development, or automation delivery.
  • Strong experience in requirements gathering and process analysis.
  • Hands-on experience preparing PDDs and automation documentation.
  • Strong understanding of RPA concepts, automation lifecycle, and solution design.
  • Experience leading RPA development teams or automation projects.
  • Proven experience coordinating testing and UAT activities.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience supporting business sign-off and successful project delivery.
  • Relevant domain delivery experience is required.
  • PMP certification is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in an onsite/hybrid environment.
