Location: Paris, on-site.

DESCRIPTION:
The AI DevOps Engineer is responsible for supporting the industrialization, containerization, and automated deployment of AI and application workloads. The role focuses on IBM ROKS, Kubernetes/OpenShift environments, container technologies, and Helm-based deployment automation. The engineer will contribute to the migration of existing systems toward standardized container-based platforms, ensuring reliable, repeatable, and scalable deployment processes. The position requires close collaboration with development and infrastructure teams to support application and AI workload transitions and resolve platform-related challenges.
Description of the tasks:
· Containerize applications and AI workloads for deployment on IBM ROKS and OpenShift platforms.
· Develop, maintain, and optimize Helm charts to standardize application and AI workload deployments.
· Automate migration and deployment activities across containerized environments.
· Design and implement CI/CD processes supporting application and AI workload transitions.
· Configure and manage Kubernetes/OpenShift resources, including deployments, services, configurations, secrets, and storage.
· Troubleshoot containerization, deployment, and platform-related issues.
· Support the migration of existing systems to standardized container-based architectures.
· Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to ensure deployment reliability, consistency, and repeatability.
Technical Knowledge:
· Strong expertise in IBM Red Hat OpenShift on Kubernetes Service (ROKS).
· Advanced knowledge of Kubernetes and OpenShift platform administration and deployment concepts.
· Experience with container technologies and application containerization.
· Proficiency in developing and maintaining Helm charts.
· Knowledge of CI/CD processes and deployment automation practices.
· Experience configuring Kubernetes/OpenShift resources, including deployments, services, configurations, secrets, and storage components.
· Troubleshooting skills related to containerized environments and platform operations.
· Understanding of migration processes from traditional systems to container-based environments.
· Familiarity with AI workload deployment and operational support in Kubernetes/OpenShift ecosystems.
