Primary Objective:

The Project Manager Principal is responsible for major internal projects for Skywater FL. Must have ability/interest to understand complex system interactions in business and IT environments. Demonstrated success functioning in a start-up environment. Excellent understanding of project dependencies and defining critical path. Possess ability to influence without position authority, direct resources, enforce processes and ensure projects are executed on time and in budget. Position offers opportunity to define and execute vision for entire site and high degree of exposure to executive management.

Major Areas of Accountability:

Project Leadership – Work closely with leadership to overcome challenges, ensuring project aligns with company strategic goals and provide structure to execute project Project Planning – Oversee complex multi year projects. Detailed planning, execution, and tracking of projects; escalate issues and change of scope requests Project Execution – Taking full ownership of project lifecycle and evangelizing team success as a high-impact leader. This dual responsibility enables high-quality delivery while building a strong, visible culture of winning in FL Project Financial Management – Report on project budget including vendor management; work with customers and data analytics team to support project scope Relationship Management – Build a common team and mission for site. Required Qualifications:

Education. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or technical business-related discipline Experience: 5 + years in semiconductor, high-tech manufacturing or IT roles. Demonstrated project management skills and history of successes in past work. Previous experience required working in a startup environment. Skills: Curious problem solver, ability to understand and present complex information simply and with confidence. Desire and ability to work at different levels of the organization seamlessly. Special focus on excellent skills in relationship building and influencing without position authority. Deep understanding of project critical path and relentless drive for execution.

Citizenship: US Citizen OR US Person

Preferred Qualifications:

Atlassian Certificate or medium + Jirra/Confluence skills CAPM/PMP Understand the basics of databases and using SQL/Scripting methods to retrieve data, develop insights to drive solutions to problems Basic understanding of AI in workflows and processes Ability to develop Tableau reports that provide clarity and actionable data that support site/project objectives Demonstrated capability in building new IT/Business process frameworks and greenfield factory setup experience.

The annual salary range for this role is $136,960 - $205,440. Pay offered is based on many factors including, but not limited to, the job-related experience, skills, education, and credentials of each candidate.
