Job Description:

This role focuses on translating global financial strategies into local execution, ensuring compliance, and driving value creation through rigorous financial analysis and robust process management. You will act as a key financial partner, providing critical insights to guide business decisions and foster continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Global Compliance & Local Deployment:

  • Interpret and deploy global financial policies and compliance standards to the China team.
  • Ensure all financial operations adhere to global guidelines and local regulations.
  • Act as a key liaison with global finance for alignment and reporting.

Financial Planning & Performance Management:

  • Lead China's annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Monitor financial performance and spending, conduct variance analysis, and provide timely reports.
  • Offer financial insights and recommendations to support business development and decision-making.

Value Creation & Cost Optimization:

  • Identify and analyze opportunities for cost savings, efficiency gains, and value creation.
  • Translate complex financial data into actionable recommendations for management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement financial improvements.

Procurement-to-Pay (P2P) Oversight & Control:

  • Ensure accurate and compliant execution of Purchase Order (PO) and Goods Receipt (GR) processes.
  • Monitor P2P workflows, identify risks, and enforce strict adherence to internal controls and policies.

Process Improvement:

  • Continuously seek and implement improvements to financial processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.



Qualification:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather insights from data.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively translate analysis into actionable strategies.
  • Proven collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of financial analysis techniques and tools.
  • Familiarity with accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis software.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities, and opportunities for improvement.
