Job Requirements Role/Job Title: Product Manager – Financial Inclusion
Function/Department: Financial Inclusion
Job Purpose:
This role is responsible for driving and implementing the various Government schemes. The role requires proactive coordination with various internal and external stakeholders. The team will also act as the primary liaison between the Bank and Government departments, facilitating smooth information exchange, guidance dissemination, and implementing and drive the various Govt. schemes across the bank.
Roles & responsibilities:
- Co-ordinate with government departments for getting knowledge and operational guidelines for the government schemes
- Prepare product notes and SOPs/modify existing product notes/SOPs wherever required and get approved from all the concerned teams
- For new regulations/correspondences on Govt Schemes shared by compliance team, work on implementation of the same in co-ordination with branches and Product/Business teams.
- Facilitating and documenting Improvements in processes and enhancements in technology.
- Collaborating with all functional and cross functional department of bank to facilitate implementation of scheme.
- Support in implementation of the defined processes across the Business/ product teams & branches for various Govt Schemes.
- Ensuring training for branch staff on understanding of scheme & implementation.
- Resolve all the queries of branches. Collect feedback from ground level on changes required in the processes.
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Understanding of various govt schemes & their detail requirement.
- Understand technology/processes/systems/products and be able to articulate and write process notes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word & MS PowerPoint.
· Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
· Strong team player, but equally good at taking initiatives.

- Stakeholder Management & Timely Completion of the Tasks.
Educational Qualifications:
Graduation: Bachelor’s in Engineering / Technology / Math’s / Commerce / Arts / Science / Biology / Business / Computers / Engineering / Management.
Post-graduation: MBA, PGDM.
Experience: 6+ Years – Preferably BFSI experience (Bank/ NBFC/ Insurance)
