Customer Solution Centers are made up of teams that provide remote (offsite) service; customer access, pre-sales, post-sales, and service delivery. Technical teams focus is to solve various business systems and applications problems for customers, onsite engineering personnel and Authorized Service Providers on standard, specialized or complex systems.
Management Level Definition:
Applies developed subject matter knowledge to solve common and complex business issues and recommends appropriate alternatives. Works on problems of diverse complexity and scope. May act as a team or project leader providing direction to team activities and facilitates information validation and team decision making process. Exercises independent judgment to identify and select a solution. Ability to handle most unique situations. May seek advice in order to make decisions on complex business issues.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver strategic initiatives onsite. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, stakeholder management, and delivery excellence skills, with proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects. This role is fully onsite at customer location.
What you’ll do:
- Lead end-to-end project management activities, from initiation, execution, Operation and maintenance through closure, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Drive project execution using appropriate methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid) and ensure timely delivery within budget and quality standards.
- Drive Continuous Service Improvement process by recommending best implementation and operational practices
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks, dependencies, and issues.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring effective communication, transparency, and collaboration.
- Monitor and report project progress, performance, and outcomes to leadership and steering committees.
- Team Management – Coordinate and Lead cross-functional teams and foster a high-performance culture and define roles and responsibilities as per RFP and project requirements
- Maintain team roaster and align business goals with engineers.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards, governance, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage and ensure project delivery as per the agreed Project Financials
- Coordinate across teams to ensure RFP and Statutory compliance, project SLAs, monitoring and reporting.
What you need to bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 10–15 years of proven experience in project management, delivering medium to large-scale IT/business projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
