Marketing Manager – Established Products
Role Overview
Join the Marketing Team within an established pharmaceutical products business. The role focuses on preparing for new product launches, maximizing the value of existing products, identifying market opportunities, and supporting pipeline expansion through collaboration with local and global stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies and initiatives
- Lead new product launch preparation and post-launch activities
- Develop promotional materials, content, and tools to support field teams
- Partner with Sales to drive commercial and promotional activities
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive developments
- Identify market opportunities and develop data-driven solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Japan and globally
- Support evaluation and introduction of new products to expand the pipeline
Requirements
Required Experience
- 3+ years of pharmaceutical marketing experience
- Experience planning and executing marketing or commercial initiatives
- Native-level Japanese
- Basic business English, including reading and email communication
Preferred Experience
- Experience with established or generic pharmaceutical products
- Product launch experience
- Cross-functional project management experience
- Experience managing external vendors or partners
- Experience using market data and insights to identify opportunities and drive improvements
