Summary
We are seeking a seasoned technical leader with deep expertise in the financial services sector to serve as a Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) Solution Architect. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between complex banking business requirements and scalable technical implementations. Your primary mandate involves designing and overseeing the deployment of sophisticated Salesforce ecosystems tailored for the banking industry, ensuring seamless integration of customer data, regulatory compliance, and core banking operations. This position is critical for driving digital transformation initiatives, enhancing customer 360-degree views, and optimizing loan origination processes through cutting-edge Salesforce technologies.
Responsibilities
- Architect end-to-end solutions for Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, aligning technical strategies with specific banking domain objectives and regulatory standards.
- Lead the design and implementation of custom functionalities using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flow to address unique client needs.
- Develop and maintain robust integration patterns utilizing REST and SOAP APIs to connect Salesforce with external core banking systems and third-party services.
- Drive the adoption of Salesforce OmniStudio tools to create dynamic, personalized customer experiences and streamline complex business processes.
- Ensure all solutions adhere to strict Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance protocols within the platform.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and execute strategies for Customer 360 implementation, consolidating data from diverse sources to provide a unified view.
- Oversee the architecture of loan origination workflows, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and scalability throughout the lending lifecycle.
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to development teams, establishing best practices for code quality, security, and performance optimization.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 15 to 20 years of professional experience in software architecture, with a significant portion dedicated to the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Proven expertise in Salesforce FSC, with a strong portfolio of successful implementations in the banking and financial services industry.
- Advanced proficiency in Apex programming, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative automation via Salesforce Flow.
- Extensive hands-on experience designing and consuming REST and SOAP APIs for complex system integrations.
- Deep understanding of banking regulatory frameworks, specifically regarding KYC/AML compliance and data privacy.
- Demonstrated capability in implementing Customer 360 solutions and managing large-scale data consolidation efforts.
- Strong background in financial product lifecycles, particularly in loan origination and servicing processes.
- Mastery of Salesforce OmniStudio tools for building responsive, industry-specific applications.
- Exceptional ability to translate complex business challenges into elegant, scalable technical architectures.
