L&M 파이프라인을 찾아서 관리 및 검토하고 견적 전환을 추진합니다.

TES 는 주요 고객과의 우수한 관계를 개선 유지하고 정기적으로 고객과 상호 작용합니다.

기타 (L&M 실행)

업무내용:

영업,수리 또는 설치를  수행하는데 필요한 올바른 기술과 지식.

배정된 고객과의 우수한 관계를 유지하고 궁극적인 고객만족을 보장.

빌딩 시스템 수리 및 개선과 관련된 고객을 위한 컨설턴트 수준의 서비스를 제공

모든 기술자 및 JCI 하청업체에 안전 리더쉽과 지침을 제공

일관되고 수익성 있는 L&M 성장을 제공.

JCI 영업관리 규정에 부합하는 L&M 성장전략, 파이프라인 관리 및 영업활동의 실현을 담당

전략적으로 중요한 고객 및 주요 이해관계자와 장기적인 고객 관계를 구축하고 유지하여 기회에 영함을 미침.

Time & Expense Claim review activities

L&M quoting Activities (Minimum & target margin expectation)
