Accountabilities:
- Define and maintain product strategy, priorities, and roadmaps aligned with customer needs and broader business objectives.
- Translate strategic goals into measurable product initiatives, delivery plans, and clearly prioritized backlogs.
- Balance customer requirements, modernization opportunities, technical debt, compliance, growth initiatives, risk, and innovation when evaluating product priorities.
- Lead discovery sessions with customers, business stakeholders, subject matter experts, engineering, operations, and other cross-functional teams.
- Analyze complex business workflows, rules, integrations, compliance requirements, and operational challenges to identify product opportunities.
- Translate business needs into process flows, functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, scenarios, prototypes, and other actionable documentation.
- Identify happy paths, alternate flows, edge cases, dependencies, and exceptions before development begins.
- Challenge unclear assumptions and requirements to ensure teams understand both the underlying business problem and the desired outcome.
- Establish and maintain product governance across discovery, prioritization, definition, development, UAT, release, and measurement.
- Maintain decision logs, ownership structures, dependencies, risks, assumptions, escalation paths, and delivery checkpoints.
- Provide clear reporting on roadmap health, delivery progress, risks, dependencies, decisions, and business outcomes.
- Develop executive dashboards and product scorecards while tracking KPIs related to adoption, customer value, operational efficiency, product quality, and business impact.
- Partner with AI specialists and technical teams to identify and evaluate high-value AI and automation opportunities across enterprise workflows.
- Explore use cases such as workflow automation, document processing, analytics, recommendations, knowledge retrieval, and productivity improvements.
- Develop prototypes and experiments to validate AI and product opportunities before significant engineering investment.
- Ensure AI initiatives have clear business outcomes, measurable success criteria, appropriate human oversight, and a path toward production readiness.
- Build a strong understanding of mature products, customer workflows, integrations, and historical product decisions to guide modernization initiatives.
- Support migrations from desktop or on-premise environments toward modern cloud and web platforms while minimizing disruption to critical operations.
- Identify opportunities to simplify and redesign legacy workflows rather than simply reproducing existing functionality.
- Build strong relationships with customers, business leaders, SMEs, engineering, QA, sales, support, and other stakeholders.
- Facilitate discovery, prioritization, roadmap, and solution-design discussions while communicating trade-offs and driving decisions.
- Distinguish individual customer requests from broader market opportunities and ensure relevant feedback informs product direction.
- Partner with engineering and QA throughout implementation, ensuring requirements and acceptance criteria are sufficiently defined.
- Coordinate UAT, stakeholder validation, and release readiness while ensuring delivered capabilities are evaluated against their intended outcomes.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience across Product Management, Business Analysis, enterprise software delivery, or a closely related discipline.
- Strong hands-on experience working as a Product Manager, Senior Business Analyst, or in a comparable hybrid product and analysis role.
- Proven experience working with complex B2B or enterprise SaaS products.
- Excellent requirements analysis, process modeling, user story development, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation skills.
- Demonstrated experience managing product roadmaps, prioritization, delivery planning, and product governance.
- Strong understanding of Agile product development methodologies and modern software delivery practices.
- Experience working with mature or legacy products and supporting modernization initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely.
- Ability to independently drive ambiguous initiatives from problem definition through execution, validation, and measurement.
- Strong analytical thinking and structured decision-making skills, with the ability to evaluate opportunities based on value, impact, effort, risk, and strategic alignment.
- Practical understanding of AI, LLMs, and their potential applications within enterprise workflows and automation.
- Experience with product analytics, KPI frameworks, business outcomes, or executive reporting is an advantage.
- Experience with UX discovery, workflow design, wireframing, or rapid prototyping is an advantage.
- Experience in B2B SaaS, LegalTech, collections, financial services, compliance, case management, or other regulated workflow environments is preferred.
- Experience with legacy-to-cloud or desktop-to-web modernization is preferred.
- Familiarity with workflow automation and configurable enterprise platforms is an advantage.
- Experience with AI-enabled enterprise products or AI automation initiatives is an advantage.
- Comfortable working with distributed teams and regularly collaborating with stakeholders operating on US working hours.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining visibility into risks, dependencies, and outcomes.
Benefits:
- Fully remote work arrangement.
- Competitive salary structured around UK working hours.
- Comprehensive training and mentorship programs.
- Opportunities for career advancement and professional development.
- Opportunity to influence product strategy, roadmap priorities, and measurable business outcomes.
- Exposure to enterprise SaaS, AI-powered automation, and large-scale product modernization initiatives.
- Collaboration with distributed product, engineering, UX, QA, business, and customer teams.
