What You Will Do
- Attend engine pre-induction meeting for scheduled engines shop visits.
- Draft engine teardown work scopes based on pre-induction assessments.
- Attend to engine teardown and perform dirty inspection review together with operation team.
- Document engine parts conditions and upload findings to the server.
- Draft & reviews teardown reports with Technical Service Engineer (TSE).
- Verify and resolve technical issues with TSE.
- Assist in engineering driven improvement projects.
- Liaise with vendors and contractors on equipment upgrade and modification, when necessary.
- Perform any related duties as direct by the supervisor.
Qualifications You Must Have
- Diploma in Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Min 2 years of experience in Aerospace Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul business.
- Team-oriented with the ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
- Experience in root cause analysis and technical problem-solving.
- Able to interpret and draft technical reports.
- Effective communicator with strong technical writing and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

- Familiar with Engine MRO repair processes.
