About the Role

As a Salesforce Functional Consultant, you'll design and deliver Salesforce solutions that support clinicians, care teams and customers across Telstra Health. Working across the delivery lifecycle, you'll bring together your Salesforce expertise and understanding of healthcare to turn complex needs into practical, scalable solutions. This is a 9-12 month parental leave fixed-term contract.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead discovery to understand healthcare needs and identify the right Salesforce solution.
  • Design Salesforce solutions and processes that support clinical and operational workflows.
  • Translate requirements into clear functional designs, user stories and solution specifications.
  • Work with developers and delivery teams through design, testing and release.
  • Partner with clinicians, customers and stakeholders to deliver practical, scalable solutions.

About You

  • Strong experience as a Salesforce Functional Consultant, with hands-on functional solution design experience.
  • Strong experience designing Salesforce solutions in complex enterprise environments.
  • Experience delivering Salesforce solutions within healthcare.
  • Hands-on Salesforce Health Cloud experience is highly regarded.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification or similar is required; Health Cloud certification would be an advantage.
  • Confident working across clinical, customer, technical and delivery teams.
