About the Position
The company is currently conducting a search for a Senior Project Manager to lead construction projects in the $20M–$40M range. This individual will play a key role in overseeing all phases of project development, from pre-construction through closeout. The Senior PM will be responsible for client communication, budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor management, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met or exceeded.
This is a critical leadership role with high visibility and long-term growth potential.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in commercial construction project management
- Proven track record managing ground-up and/or major renovation projects valued at $20M–$40M
- Deep knowledge of construction contracts, scheduling, budgeting, and safety protocols
- Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam)
