We are currently seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Product Analyst to provide support, guidance, and assistance in the maintenance and development of our Workers Compensation product line. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Commercial Lines professional to apply current knowledge in a new way!

As a Product Analyst, you will collaborate with the Workers Compensation Product Line Lead and other internal business partners to provide business support for the development, maintenance and implementation of regulatory changes and product enhancements to the Work Comp Product. Successful Product Analysts will possess rating and coverage subject matter expertise, collaborative skills, and business acumen in the assigned line of business.

In this role, you will:

  • Be responsible for reviewing insurance bureau and compliance circulars and assisting with the determination of appropriate action.
  • Conduct market and competitive research to help inform and support product changes.
  • Work with IT to develop business requirements for product changes and conduct user testing of system updates.
  • Develop communications and training for business users regarding product updates.
  • Draft product filings for state insurance approvals.
  • Maintain company reference materials.

This position can be located in either our Sarasota or Lake Mary, FL or Carmel, IN offices. Hybrid schedule is available.

The salary range for this position is $62,419-$96,126 annually. This salary range is an estimate and the actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
