Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead on-site installation, commissioning, and deployment of liquid cooling systems (CDUs, Cooling Towers, L2A Sidecars, and RDHX) at customer facilities.
  • Provide expert technical support, troubleshooting, diagnosis, and resolution for deployed cooling solutions to ensure high uptime and performance.
  • Perform system maintenance, optimization, and performance tuning to improve energy efficiency and reliability.
  • Create and maintain service documentation, installation guides, and training materials for internal teams and customers.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback from field installations and service activities to drive continuous improvements.
  • Develop and implement advanced diagnostic tools and predictive maintenance approaches using IoT and AI technologies to enhance service quality.
  • Travel to customer sites as needed to support deployments, provide training, and resolve critical issues.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
  • Proven hands-on experience in liquid cooling system installation, service, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
  • Strong technical skills in deployment and optimization of thermal management solutions.
  • Familiarity with diagnostic tools and interest in IoT/AI applications for field service.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strong customer-focused service mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate clearly with customers.
  • Willingness to travel to support customer sites.
