We require Project Managers within the water industry for roles with a nationwide water body to work on water projects. The ideal candidate will have worked with water, waste water, potable water, drainage, water infrastructure or capital delivery plans for water projects. The roles are open nationwide for suitably qualified candidates. The roles are hybrid with travel required 1-2 days per week.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Supporting delivery of project plans from brief to completion.
- Coordinating design, procurement and technical services.
- Monitoring programme, budget, risks and documentation.
- Ensuring quality systems align with the Mace Way.
- Engaging stakeholders and leads project activities.
- Managing consultants, contractors and resources.
- Applying safety and net‑zero principles.
- Updating plans and records project changes.
You’ll need to have:
- Degree‑qualified with experience in construction, engineering or project management.
- Professional membership (RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE) or equivalent development.
- Strong stakeholder, commercial and leadership capability.
- Experience in water, utilities or civil infrastructure, with understanding of sustainability and carbon impacts.
