Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A, US Hardlines

The US Hardlines Finance organization is seeking a talented Senior Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team. This role will be responsible for driving weekly, monthly and quarterly profitability reviews with finance and business leadership, leading automation and AI initiatives for the finance org, and deep diving into financial trends to help scale the business. This is a high-impact position with a front-row seat to the decisions being made by Business and Finance leadership.

We are looking for a self-starter with strong financial modeling skills and financial acumen, the ability to translate financial findings into actionable insights for senior stakeholders, a track record of supporting thoughtful business decision-making by equipping finance stakeholders with the right tools, and the ability to earn trust with finance leaders and cross-functional partners. Key job responsibilities - Help drive monthly financial and profitability review meetings with finance leadership by presenting key findings and actionable insights - Lead the weekly financial review process - Support the broader FP&A and Finance team by driving AI and automation workstreams - Lead the High Velocity Events (such as Prime Day, Big Spring Day Sales, Back to School) reporting process for Hardlines

Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field - 3+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience - 4+ years of building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making experience - 3+ years of contributing to cross-functional initiatives that drive financial performance and strategy experience - 3+ years of dissecting financial data and identifying patterns that support business strategy experience

Preferred Qualifications: - 4+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience - MBA, or CPA - Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
