Technical Product Manager – Hybrid, Istanbul Turkey

Build the technology that moves healthcare and life science forward.

At Mercury, we move shipments that matter, diagnostic kits, medical devices, and life-saving materials that fuel innovation in healthcare and life sciences. Our clients count on us for speed, precision, visibility, and peace of mind.

We have a world-class team at Mercury Teknoloji A.Ş. in Türkiye (with offices in Izmir and Istanbul), which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Mercury Business Services headquartered in Boston to develop a state-of-the-art shipping platform that provides the best user experience. Our platform will handle all time-critical and temperature-sensitive shipments as well as express package and freight shipments for life sciences and healthcare companies.

We’re looking for a Technical Product Manager, someone who thrives on solving complex problems, working closely with technology teams, and taking ownership.

What You’ll Do

As a Technical Product Manager, you’ll own product areas end-to-end and work closely with Engineering, Design, Operations, and other teams to turn complex business and customer problems into effective product solutions.

  • Own product areas from discovery and problem definition through delivery and continuous improvement
  • Translate customer and business needs into clear, scalable product solutions
  • Partner closely with Engineering on solution design, technical trade-offs, and delivery
  • Define requirements, priorities, acceptance criteria, and success metrics
  • Use data, customer feedback, and operational insights to make informed product decisions
  • Communicate priorities and decisions clearly across cross-functional teams

Who You Are

You’re a product thinker with strong technical instincts. You enjoy getting into the details, asking difficult questions, and turning ambiguity into clear direction. You’re comfortable working across product, technology, and business teams and take ownership rather than waiting for someone else to solve the problem.

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. You’ll work closely with US-based colleagues and stakeholders
  • 4–8 years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or a similar role
  • Strong technical understanding and experience working closely with Engineering teams
  • Experience owning products or complex features from discovery through delivery
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, and decision-making skills
  • Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence
  • Ability to understand complex systems, dependencies, and technical trade-offs
  • Comfortable operating in an environment where requirements aren’t always fully defined
  • Proactive, curious, collaborative, and highly accountable
  • Currently based in Turkey and able to work Turkey business hours
  • Experience with B2B SaaS, logistics, healthcare/life sciences, fintech, or other complex platforms is a plus

Why Mercury

We’re not just a shipping company — we’re a technology company transforming logistics for innovators across diagnostics, research, and medical technology. Our mission is to make logistics invisible, so our clients can focus on what’s next in healthcare.

At Mercury, you’ll find:

  • A fast-paced, collaborative environment where you’ll have meaningful ownership
  • The opportunity to work on a complex, technology-driven B2B platform
  • A culture that rewards ownership, curiosity, growth, and problem-solving
  • Close collaboration with experienced Product, Engineering, and Operations teams
  • The opportunity to solve problems that have a real-world impact on healthcare and life sciences
  • The chance to help shape products that support critical shipments around the world

We offer:

  • Competitive salary in USD.
  • Hybrid work in working hours in Turkey.
  • Private health insurance covers you and your immediate family.
  • 20 days of paid holidays including the first year of employment.
  • Having your birthdays off work.

If you’re ready to solve complex problems, work at the intersection of product and technology, and build products that move healthcare forward — join us at Mercury.
