Full description

The Supporting Area Manager will be responsible for overseeing operations across several different sites/locations in the Charlotte Area and must be available to travel between locations as needed. This position will primarily overlap between the first and second shifts, with a typical schedule of 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM, or as operational needs require.

Pay $62,000-70,000

The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. You may be eligible to participate in a Company incentive or bonus program

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and maintain operational standards, performance metrics, and program execution across all assigned client fulfillment centers.
  • Maintain a strong client relationship through consistent communication, responsiveness and follow through.
  • Identify service gaps and implement best practices to improve operational consistency and delivery.
  • Develop leaders and team members to build capability in client expectations and service standards.
  • Partner with leaders and stakeholders to develop action plans that address service issues and resolve client escalations.
  • Support cost control efforts by monitoring operational practices and helping to identify opportunities for profitability.
  • Promote and uphold a strong safety culture by ensuring proper training and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Deliver key performance indicators (KPIs) in accordance with client contractual requirements.
  • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned
