  • Grow and profitably maintain Henkel’s (Loctite, Aquence,

Technomelt, etc.) General Industrial Adhesive Technologies business in the Central Pennsylvania market through the distribution channel

  • Create and execute customer-specific growth plans to build

long-term partnerships and drive business results

  • Achieve sales, revenue, profitability, and distribution

targets within the assigned territory or customer portfolio

  • Build strong customer relationships, understand customer

needs, and implement initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction

  • Execute pricing, promotional, and account development

activities to support business growth

  • Partner with distributors and sales representatives to

maximize market coverage and performance

  • Ensure excellent product visibility, merchandising, and

brand representation at customer locations

  • Conduct regular customer and market visits to identify

opportunities, monitor performance, and support execution

  • Coordinate product training and educational initiatives to

drive customer engagement and sales growth

  • Process orders, negotiate commercial agreements, and

maintain accurate customer records and reporting

What makes you a good fit

  • 4+ years of industrial or business to business sales

experience preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or similar field

required

  • A self-starter, who can use Henkel’s resources to maximize

opportunities within the territory

  • Time and project management skills required
  • Team player who works well with others
  • Experience working with industrial distribution is a plus
  • Ability to travel for daily customer visits up to 50-75%
  • Ability to travel up to 25% overnight

The salary range for this role is $75,000.00 and $90,000.00. This range represents the good‑faith minimum and maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at the time of posting. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, education, training, and work location.
