- Validate end-to-end behavior using representative scenarios, including claims and reference-data inputs, data transformations, service mappings, pricing logic, configuration rules, exceptions, outputs, and downstream consumption of results.
- Analyze enhancement requests, customer feedback, support trends, pricing discrepancies, data-quality findings, processing exceptions, and product usage to identify root causes, recurring needs, and opportunities for prioritization.
- Create and execute product-level validation and user acceptance test plans with traceable scenarios, expected pricing results, boundary and exception cases, defect clarification, regression coverage, and release signoff evidence.
- Create release notes, configuration and workflow guidance, internal enablement materials, implementation handoffs, known-limit documentation, and customer-facing feature summaries.
- Support Sales and Solution Consulting with discovery, demonstrations, solution validation, response development, dependency identification, and effort assessments when requested.
- Partner with product, data, analytics, and AI teams to improve pricing accuracy, data quality, automation, processing performance, result explainability, exception handling, and workflow efficiency.
- Support modernization, integration, and migration initiatives involving ClaimShop, Pricing Services, claims data, pricing content, customer configurations, interfaces, and related platform capabilities.
