Description:

TRUE Fitness is looking for a Product Analyst I to join our technology team and help test, validate, maintain and improve on our various platforms behind our fitness equipment. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves to constantly be learning and work on various projects & platforms simultaneously.

You’ll work on multiple software, online, and electrical systems spanning multiple vendors and generations of consoles. You’ll collaborate with both internal & external stakeholders to ensure that our products are safe, reliable, and perform as expected.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to thoroughly test software applications and systems.
  • Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing to identify defects and ensure the stability and reliability of our products.
  • Collaborate with development teams to review requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to ensure testability and alignment with business objectives.
  • Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking systems, and work with developers to resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Analyze test results and provide feedback to stakeholders on the quality and readiness of software releases.
  • Automate test cases and implement test automation frameworks to improve efficiency and scalability of testing processes.
  • Participate in agile/scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance the overall quality of our software products.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience in software quality assurance/testing, with a minimum of 2 years of experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quality understand complex systems and identify root causes of issues.
  • Solid understanding of testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Experience testing the nexus between software and motor control systems is a huge plus.
  • Experience working with a range of AV setups, including head-end systems, IPTV, and set-top boxes a huge plus
  • Experience with design and development of firmware for microcontrollers for embedded systems a plus

What You’ll Get to Work On:

This is a hands-on support role where you’ll work on a variety of console platforms, embedded systems, 3rd party applications, electrical components, technology vendors, online applications, and much more. You’ll work directly with both internal & external stakeholders to test, maintain, trouble-shoot, build & improve our platforms.

Travel

This position may require infrequent domestic travel on an as-needed basis.
