Overview
As a Project Manager within our Energy Portfolio team, you will provide operational, financial and analytical support across a growing portfolio of energy contracts in EMEA. You will support invoice validation, contract tracking, operational reporting and stakeholder coordination, working with utilities, suppliers and internal teams across finance, commercial, legal and project delivery.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in project management, infrastructure, utilities, energy, commercial operations or site selection who wants to develop further within energy portfolio management.
The Opportunity
In this role, you will:
- Support the day-to-day management of an energy contract portfolio across EMEA.
- Validate utility bills, Power Purchase Agreement invoices and Energy Service Agreement invoices.
- Investigate billing discrepancies and support the resolution of invoice queries.
- Maintain accurate invoice records, contract information and portfolio documentation.
- Track key milestones, including Conditions Precedent, Commercial Operation Dates and contract expiry dates.
- Maintain and update portfolio trackers.
- Support regulatory reporting and environmental attribute tracking.
- Assist with dashboards, KPI reporting and operational analysis.
- Review financial and operational data to identify discrepancies, trends and risks.
- Coordinate actions across finance, legal, procurement, commercial and project delivery teams.
- Build effective relationships with utilities, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to improvements in reporting, data management and invoice validation.

- Have project management, project coordination or commercial operations experience within energy, utilities, infrastructure, renewable energy, data centres, site selection or another complex environment.
- Have worked with invoices, financial data, contracts, reporting or operational trackers.
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Are confident using Excel to review and analyse data.
- Have experience preparing dashboards, reports or management information.
- Communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders.
- Work effectively across multidisciplinary and international teams.
- Are motivated to develop within energy portfolio and contract management.
