About the Role

You will join a Developer Experience environment where the focus is on building, improving, and operating platform capabilities that make software development smoother, safer, and more scalable across the organisation. This is a hands-on senior role where you combine engineering with operational responsibility in a modern platform setup.

You will work close to developers, architects, and other engineering teams to create reliable, automated, and standardised solutions. The role suits you if you enjoy working near both platform engineering and operations, and if you want to help shape capabilities that have broad impact across a technical organisation. Job Description

• You will build, improve, and operate platform capabilities that support software development across the organisation.
• You will work hands-on with CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, cloud platforms, and container-based environments.
• You will help run and maintain business-critical systems with a strong focus on reliability, automation, and standardisation.
• You will contribute to scripting and automation that simplify operations and strengthen platform consistency.
• You will work with modern source control workflows in GitHub and support effective development practices.
• You will manage and support artifact management solutions such as Artifactory or similar tools.
• You will collaborate closely with developers, architects, and engineering teams to deliver secure, scalable, and user-friendly platform capabilities.
• You will be part of a shared responsibility model and contribute to ongoing maintenance, support, and operational duties, including on-call or shift-based support.

Requirements

• Senior experience in DevOps and platform engineering.
• Experience in operation and maintenance of business-critical systems.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code, for example Terraform.
• Experience with scripting and automation.
• Experience working with server operating systems, Linux and/or Windows.
• Experience with GitHub and modern source control workflows.
• Experience with artifact management tools such as Artifactory or similar.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as GCP, Azure, or AWS.
• Experience with containers and Kubernetes.
• Ability to work in an environment with shared operational responsibility, including on-call or shift-based support.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work closely with developers, architects, and other engineering teams.
• Swedish and English.
